Yesterday a bodybuilder, today a yogi my perfect transformation 😂 Did you know there are actually 9 forms of wellness?? And it’s so important we work to take care of every single one. If we allow even one of these to fall through we can feel it affect all of them. Here’s what they are and how I am working on expanding them. PHYSICAL: working out and physically taking care of your body. Bodybuilding, CrossFit and yoga! EMOTIONAL: your emotional well-being. Happy, sad, anxious ect. Feeling these feelings, sitting with them and expanding on them. Recognizing what makes me feel good and what makes me feel bad. CREATIVE: photography, painting, drawing, writing. I’ve been working on writing more, especially here on insta is where I do most of it. I love love love photography and want to do it more! ENVIRONMENT (community,home): the places your spend your time. We just moved into a new home so expressive how we want it to feel and look has been huge. As well as travel is key for me! FINANCIAL: goals towards finances, always continuing to grow our business. PURPOSE: what do you spend your time on during the day? I love teaching yoga and personal training helping other teach their goals. INTELLECTUAL: how your are growing and expanding your mindset. Podcasts and books and my favvvvv SOCIAL: friends and family. SPIRITUAL: call it god, universe, higher power whatever you would like. Time on my yoga mat is huge for this. I need it to feel spiritual. I highly recommend writing these down and your goals for each one!!
