So I took a hefty tumble yesterday coming down the mountain at 30mph was pretty bashed up. Just because I’m cut and bruised doesn’t mean I stop, that’s just too easy of an option. Time to train in the heat and get some gains. If there’s one thing I’ve learnt on my journey it’s this simple, you just keep moving forward driving the momentum. Hurdles are normal, stepping over them takes effort and finishing takes momentum. Stick to whatever it is your chasing today and dig deep 👊🏻. time

1️⃣6️⃣7️⃣.5️⃣kg single RPE 9 (annoyance level 10 that my phone slipped😌) 1️⃣6️⃣2️⃣.5️⃣kg single RPE 7 (honestly, moved like my 150 warm up) . it’s almost a year since I’ve been with @emilynorleypl now (just only doing my first comp lol) and I’ve added about 50kg to my training total🤩🙌🏻 I’ve had a few wobbles, but I really do love powerlifting, n I’m hoping I love comps too😇
