Did you know there are 7 types of rest? Spiritual Emotional Physical Mental Sensory Creative Social Where are you pouring out? If you're overloaded on one of those, it will cause unrest. But its important to know what type of rest you need so you can revive yourself appropriately! Today I needed some emotional rest so I grabbed my phone, downloaded a workout, grabbed my mat and treated myself to yoga on the beach, drowning out all the noise with the waves + stretching out these sore muscles too.
