🌼HOW TO AVOID GUILT FOR NOT ACHIEVING YOUR GOALS🌼 Most of us feel guilt and frustration if we don’t achieve what we want in life. When you set your goals and don’t take necessary action towards it becoming a reality you will start feeling guilt for something you didn’t do but wanted to do. Guilt is toxic and negative emotion and you need to take appropriate action to deal with it quickly. Forgiving yourself is a major part of moving forward. You should know your values and respect yourself enough to walk away if something isn’t working. Life can get in the way, but you just need to forgive yourself and do what you can do in that moment. Tackle important and difficult tasks first thing in the morning. Once you deal with those, you will feel good and accomplished. Just remember: Love and forgive yourself 🙏 #ukbossbabe

What are self-limiting beliefs? They are the BS stories you keep telling yourself over and over as to why you can’t do something. They are something that you accept as true. It all comes down to the power of your thoughts. Beliefs are descriptions of your ideas of reality. Did you used to have nightmares as a child? Did you believe that if you got out of bed at night, a monster would eat you? This was my reality in my childhood. For many years I was afraid to get out of bed in the middle of the night to go to bathroom, so I didn't get eaten. By having this belief, it had a negative impact on my health and I developed other health issues. #ukbossbabe Those beliefs are psychological, and will navigate your influence and expression of understanding onto your reality. You need to acknowledge that beliefs are not FACTS. Beliefs are constantly shaping your life. If you need help, please get in touch and we can work through it together.
