SATURDAY CIRCUITS ๐Ÿ‘Š๐Ÿผ . getting a set of KBโ€™s has been one of my more worthwhile purchases - keep them stored at home or pack them in a car on a road trip with a ton of different workouts you can do with them๐Ÿ‹๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ . cominโ€™ atchaโคต๏ธ equipment needed: 1 KB + space + a good attitude . 5/ KB snatches 5/ KB windmills 5/ KB reverse lunges 5/ KB SA row 5/ KB SL RDL . repeat for 5 sets with 60-90s rest in between (or a little less if you want to keep the โค๏ธrate elevated) . happy my homies! โœŒ๐Ÿผ|

Let me tell you, it feels real nice to run on the MGT instead of running after a baby on a sunny Saturday afternoon. Max is her with dad today so I got to enjoy a 10k easy run without having to rush home to follow a little humanโ€™s agenda. Whatโ€™s next? Iโ€™m going to eat (sitting down and while itโ€™s still hot), go hang with my best friend who is home from the UK...then another strength session this eve in the gym. Miss my Maxie but yooooo, these child free hours are glorious. @asicscanada
