So grateful to have had the opportunity to visit Montenegró during my cruise trip w// @royalcarribbeaninternational 🛳 We boarded from Venice Italy, went to Croatia & Greece, then back to Italy! The FOOD was definitely the best part, really really really good! 👅 The "Rhapsody of the Seas" is one of the smaller boats, so the highlights are definitely when you get to get off the boat & explore. It’s a good sampler trip, incase you ever wanted to go back to any of these places! . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . #selfcare

Are you feed up with wanting to make a change, but never getting around to it; or maybe you start and stop. Well my tips is to identify what stage of change you are. The tips for one stage of change may not be the tips that are needed for another stage of change. Finding your stage of change can help assist you in taking your next steps. Each stage of change requires a different step to get you to your next goal. I like to describe the stages of change as red, yellow, and green. These stages are fluid and just because you are at a particular stage today doesn’t mean you will stay there. A person in the red stage of change doesn’t see a problem with the way they are living their lives, or if they see a problem, they are opposed to the idea of change. A person in the yellow stage of change recognizes that there is a problem and change needs to occur. Most people reading this will be in the yellow stage of change. A person in the yellow stage of change has not put their thoughts into consistent action. The best way to summarize the green stage of change is the word ACTION. To be in the green stage of change, you do not have to meet your goal every day and you may still be learning. However, you are acting and taking steps to improve your lifestyle. Inner Integration

It's very difficult to accept the idea that someone in your family is an . This is often because of the way they justify or minimize it when you call out their unacceptable behavior. They'll you and then you'll end up justifying their reasons for abusing you. . As an adult you'll keep repeating the pattern of tolerating abuse because it's what you lived in your family. Until you can identify it and accept this reality, your nervous system will keep betraying you by accepting more abuse. If you accept abuse from your own family, you'll accept it from anyone else. . #selfcare

If you want to be successful, you have to do what successful people do… Building habits and actually sticking to them can be a little tricky, but repetition is key! 💅_______ #selfcare
