Today people are grappling with FOCUS. It is the single most important reason for lower productivity and the cause of this distraction is DIGITAL DEPENDENCE (Electronic addiction). It also directly impacts physical health, with technology-related aches and pains, and decreases quality of sleep that adds to burnout and renewal cycles. In relationships, in personal space the time we spend with family reduces, adding to loneliness. Occasionally also causing a breach of trust (digital infidelity). The overall influence of gadgets is impacting our productivity, focus, and happiness in our daily life. Digital Detox is a movement that allows us to bring back the humanness in our lives. It helps us to use technology mindfully, allowing us to invest time in relationships and things that truly matter in our lives. The program creates awareness of digital hygiene. If you’re looking for more cardiovascular endurance. You can put a bigger focus on it. It may also be better to do prior to weights. However you still should not eliminate weight training. It will actually help you especially with the muscular endurance.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ .⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ If fat loss is your goal, the best time to do cardio would be after your weight training session. This way your glycogen stores are already being mobilized and you’ll be burning more fat. The best for fat burning is to actually combine weights and cardio together. .⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ So if you’re like me you don’t do traditional cardio ever. 🤣 I just lift weights faster! But in all seriousness, I do more of the metabolic conditioning after my strength sessions for my cardio.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ .⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ The benefits are unbelievable and great for your heart as well. Our Academy also cooperates with Chinese tennis schools and academies. We had a satisfied coach from a Chinese tennis academy who was here with group of 20 players. They are planning on coming back possibly next summer to repeat the tennis camp. Don't hesitate and use the opportunity either for individual or group tennis camps at our Academy. They are available all year, not just over the summer. . . . #program
