Sunday’s, wishing someone could come get me ready for the day 😴
Thank you to everyone who came out to see us yesterday at the @cityofkankakee farmers market! Including you, Lily!
We know it can be scary and challenging to start a new fitness program. There are a lot of unknown variables, unfamiliar faces, and movements you’ve never seen or heard of before. That’s why we start you off with private, one on one, coaching to assess where you are and teach you the movements that we do in our classes. All you have to do is take that first step and we will help you keep moving. Don’t worry about what is ahead of you or how long you journey may seem, just keep putting one foot in front of the other and we will be along side of you every step of the way. Follow the link below to schedule your FREE No Sweat Consultation today! http://www.constancyfitness.com/getting-started
Just a few pics from my trip to Mexico City. Did you know? You get 30 days of PAID vacation per year in the Air Force! Think about it...including Federal holidays and weekends, you’ll get 560 days off in a four year enlistment. Use it to travel the world! See you all in a few days.
Did you know - #Oktoberfest actually starts today in Germany!🇩🇪 We know our festivities don't begin until this Thursday... but who said you can't start celebrating early at our LOCAL restaurants, bars, or even in our neighborhoods with your friends and family! 🍻🍻 #manteno #oktoberfest2019 #VisitKankakeeCounty

Starting salary for a career in the Air Force with no education and no experience ranges from $35,000 to $41,000 depending on the area you live in. If you didn’t know, the Air Force covers all of your food and housing costs in addition to your base salary. If you do not live in government provided housing, you’ll receive extra pay to cover your groceries and rent/mortgage. I can’t think of too many companies who offer the same benefits without any type of education or career experience.
