POORI: **************** Palak -- 1 Bunch, Wheat flour - two cups, Green chillies -- three or four, Ginger - 1 inch, Ajwain --1/2 tsp, Salt - to taste, Hot oil - four to five tsp, Oil for frying. Rinse the palak leaves thoroughly. Then boil about six cups of water in a pan and cook the palak leaves for about five minutes, then take out. Immediately remove the leaves from the hot water, put in cold water, and allow the leaves to cool. Then put these leaves in a mixi jar, along with the green chillies, ginger, and grind to a fine paste. Then in a wide bowl, add wheat flour, ajwain, salt, hot oil and ground Palak leaves mixture. Add water as necessary and knead to chapathi dough consistency. Make lemon size balls, roll it. Heat the oil in kadai, fry the rolled pooris both sides. #Instadaily
