Hi, Foodies, familiar with these eggs? Indonesian call it "Telur Pindang". Chinese or Taiwanese call it "Tea Eggs". If you go to Taiwan, you can find it easily in their most popular convinient store, Seven Eleven. If you don't, you can also easily cook it. Just follow below recipe. TELUR PINDANG | Tea Eggs Ingredients: 40 eggs, boiled, peeled (for brown eggs) and crushed (for marble eggs) 1 onion, mashed 8 garlic cloves, mashed 2 tbsp dried tea leaves 100 gr palm sugar 2 tbsp sugar 1 tbsp salt 1 tsp white pepper powder 2 tbsp sweet soy sauce 2 bay leaves 1 lemongrass 1.5 litre water Instructions: 1. In a big pot, put all the ingredients in. - 2. Boiled until the water reduced. - 3. Strained and peeled the eggs. Served. Happy cooking! #homecooking

Bread update: It turned out awesome!!! Its still morning here so not time for soup yet, although I did test that last night as well and it was delicious but more on that later. This while wheat loaf has a very soft, slightly dense, middle with a great crust! I'll definitely practice more. . . #homecooking

Making this recipe from the Veggie Deluxe book tonight. Didn't have the time to make the gnocchi tonight so picked up this pack from Aldi. I should know better, I should have checked the syns. 3.5 syns per 100g! Looks like I'll be having a small portion! #homecooking
