Bit of a fast, hight speed edit from yesterday’s @direct_action_group game. Thanks to everyone who turned up and made it was it was. -(apologises for the poor quality still trying to set up the contor)- • • • #highspeedlowdrag

Byron Gym The Original

Yesterday was Week 5, Lower 2 of Strong Bastard 911. Just like last week, the main lift was Bulgarian split squats with a three-second pause at the bottom. This time I did 3x4 @ 45kg/99lbs, which is the most I’ve ever done for this exercise. The rest of my day involved a circuit of kettlebell swings, dumbbell shrugs, and inverted rows followed by 1.5-rep goblet squats and some ab roller work. I’m down 2kg/4.5lbs since my cold but I’m fully recovered and never felt better! Train hard and win the day! #highspeedlowdrag
