Are you drinking enough water? 💧 . It is important to remember to be maintaining a good level of hydration daily, even more so when exercising 🥵 . Good hydration means getting the right amount of water 𝐛𝐞𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐞, 𝐝𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠, and 𝐚𝐟𝐭𝐞𝐫 exercise 👍🏼 . 𝘚𝘰 𝘸𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘪𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘳𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵 𝘢𝘮𝘰𝘶𝘯𝘵 𝘰𝘧 𝘸𝘢𝘵𝘦𝘳? You may have heard of the '8×8' rule, which promotes drinking at least 𝐞𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 8-oz glasses of water a day (1.9 litres). Let me introduce you to this man. He is the one yes he is the one who stood beside me through out my fitness journey and still doing it. I still remember my initial days when I started doing gyming and have no idea what to do , how to do, what to eat. I just have few athletes physique in my mind and I always show to him their pictures and I used say bhaiya aise body banvado bas and he used to laugh 😂 like anything and then he used to say pehle gym regular ana shuru kar. Yes u heard it wright in my Initial days i used to go only once in a week 😝. Vo din the aur aj ka din hai trust me nothing much has changed bas thodi si consistency agayi hai aur kuch nahi.. rest is history ✌️✌️ #exercise
