When I walk my dog in the morning I pass the allotments. Today there was a Please help yourself box!! So I got a marrow and stuffed it with mince( home made Bolognese) topped with Parmesan and baked it! Sooo delicious! X #earthfood

Hey you! Did you know black truffles are a runners best friend when it comes to fall marathon training? They are packed with micro-nutrients, high in carbohydrates and essential fatty acids. "Wer suppt, lebt länger!", pflegt ein lieber Freund von uns stets zu sagen, wenn es bei uns Suppe gibt. Und deshalb freu ich mich im Herbst immer ganz besonders, wenn die Suppenzeit wieder beginnt. Heute, zum Auftakt sozusagen, eine feine . Und weil sie wirklich geworden ist und sogar die Kinder dem zugestimmt haben, schreib ich euch das mal auf: Linsensuppe: 2 kleine Zwiebeln, gewürfelt 300g Kartoffeln, gewürfelt 2 Hände voll Suppengrün 170g rote Linsen 300 g Kartoffeln 1/2 Dose stückige Tomaten Ca. 600ml Gemüsebrühe 2 großzügige Teelöffel scharfes Ajvar Tofu Wienerle Salz, Pfeffer, etwas Sojasosse, etwas Kokosjoghurt Zwiebeln und Suppengrün in etwas Öl anbraten, Kartoffeln dazu und mit Gemüsebrühe aufgießen, Ajvar dazu. Die gewaschenen roten Linsen und Tomaten dazugeben und ca. 15 bis 20 Minuten köcheln lassen, bis die Kartoffeln und die Linsen weich sind. Die Tofu Wiener kleinschneiden und in der Suppe erhitzen. Mit den Gewürzen abschmecken und auf dem Teller einen Klecks Kokosjoghurt darauf geben. Guten Appetit! #earthfood
