Meet the truly inspiration Jane Evans! FSC Creative & Diversity Advisor @janeelondon _ Jane is an incredibly successful and experienced Creative and Agency owner, who created the first Australian craft beer, and ran her own multi-million dollar agency. _ She took a couple of years off to study storytelling for the screen and was on her way to a new career when a horrific stat came out. _ It turns out while she was out of big agency land almost all of her female peers had disappeared too. In 2015 only 3% of the world's creative directors (the people who decide what we see in ads) were women. _ So she set up a movement - the Uninvisibility project. @uninvisibility The project brings women over the age of 50 into the spotlight, makes them more visible and more valuable! _ Hear more about Jane and the Uninvisibility Project on their podcast below. 🔊 _ advisor
