Another review. laws in are tough. If you're wrongfully accused of a domestic violence , you need an experienced trial attorney advocating on your behalf. As a former supervisor in the domestic violence unit, I was responsible for training new prosecutors on how to handle domestic violence cases from inception through jury trial. Now, as a criminal defense attorney, I'm able to use that knowledge, experience, and training to fight for my clients. This is yet another example of a complete dismissal in domestic violence court. I've literally lost count of how many cases I've beat. When you need help, make sure you hire someone that knows what they're doing. It's not my first rodeo. #cplaw

You have the right to remain silent. You should always exercise that right. As soon as you say the magic words: "I want my lawyer" all questioning SHOULd stop. It's very rare that it is beneficial to speak to an officer without a lawyer being present. Remember the officer is not trying to help you. Rather, the officer is trying make their case against you air tight. They are trained interrogators and you should have your attorney present to protect your rights. #cplaw

Another huge win. Client faced a 3yrMM on a gun charge and a 15yrMM on a Career Criminal Enhancement. Client was stopped in reference to a gun bounty tip. The police recovered drugs on his person and client consented to search of home to recover firearm. He also admitted to everything. I filed a Motion to Suppress pre-Information stating my client's 4th Amendment Rights were violated based on an illegal search and seizure and violation of Florida's Plain Feel Doctrine. All of the evidence that flowed from the illegal search was thrown out. My client was caught red handed, but the police didn't follow the rules and I got the case thrown out on a technicality. #cplaw
