Thanks for sharing @roxanne_yoga・・・Feeling really stiff & tight?_All you need: two blocks!You can easily buy them online or from sports stores and yoga studios, and I'm sure you'll always put them to good use... especially when it comes to tight chest, back and shoulders. The top shows the placement of the blocks just in case you need reference._If you're a beginner, start with A: Level 1 and slowly progress from there. I feel that B: Level 2 is still manageable and C: Level 3 is for those who are already pretty open in the back or have good awareness of their body and practice.If you have back issues and are unsure of what to do, ask a yoga teacher/ just stick to Level 1 then slowly easing into Level 2 if you do not experience pain or discomfort._All three options are great; listen to body and be sure that you can completely relax and breathe smoothly while in the pose.
