In hundreds of cities across America, kids have no safe place to play. No playing fields. No grass. No gardens. No green spaces. Today, Tuesday, October 10th at 10:10am, the @TrustForPublicLand launches a historic effort to change that. In partnership with The National Recreation and Park Association and the @UrbanLandInstitute, and backed by more than 130 mayors of cities large and small nationwide, we're leading a “10-minute walk” parks advocacy campaign to ensure that everyone, on every block, in every neighborhood, in every city across America has a great park within a #10minwalkof home.

Also, thank you @MayorOfLA and the other California Mayors who support this initiative!
