View rielift's Instagram I have always been working out before but never really got serious until early this february. My discipline got hella built ever since i started with @ateamcanada . I always set in my head that i really want to be ready for fall classics. I was the kind of person who would say yes to everything (in terms of partying or eating out). However, with this lifestyle i achieved so far, i tend to be more balanced and in control which is absolutely a great addition in continuing with this sport. I am very thankful to have @aldrinamor as my coach/ mentor/ friend in my 1st chapter in bodydbuilding. (Meaning more chapters ahead ). Huge thank you to the team as well for supporting each other. Maaan awesome job we made it! The struggle was definitely worth it. There's nowhere else to go but up! Off-season gainzz here we come!

View ginolamers's Instagram When trying to build muscle, people often avoid cardio. I don't think that's a good idea. Cardio is good for you and I always believe in doing some regardless of whether you're trying to gain or lose weight. If you are trying to gain weight and you do cardio then you just need to factor those calories in when you figure out your macros to make sure you're still in an overall surplus.

The opposite side of that is people who think cardio alone is most effective for weight loss. A combination of weights and cardio is more effective for losing weight than either cardio or weights alone.

אז היום אני רוצה לדבר על משהוא שנקרה lean bulk. 
תקופת החורף מגיעה ורב המתאמנים מנצלים את הזמן כדי לפתח את מסת השריר שלהם, האומנם?? גם אני בעבר חשבתי שצריך לאכול כמה שיותר כדי לעלות כמה שיותר מסה.
עם הזמן הבנתי שאין בכך צורך.. אין סיבה לעלות הרבה שומן. היום בתחום הפיטנס אומרים שלמתאמנים טבעיים עדיף לעלות נקי נכון שזה יקח יותר זמן אבל התוצאה הסופית תהייה שווה את זה.
דוגמא לעליית מסה נקיה תיהיה בין 300 ל500 קלוריות מעל הניטרלי.
למשל אם הניטרלי שלי הוא 2700 אז המטרה שלי היא להיות בטווח ה3000-3200.
