One of my clients left class today giving me not only a beautiful complement but also a powerful insight. ✨✨✨
She had said to me, “You are the only one that does what you do! Nobody else weaves together the physical with the mental and spiritual the way that you do.”
As she shared these words with me, after our super sweaty fitness class, an inner brightness shined from within her.
This was the same woman that pronounced to me just a few years earlier that she hated working out and getting sweaty. And now, she “craves it!”
There's nothing wrong with exercising just to improve our physical bodies. But I believe something truly magical happens when we encourage our mental, physical, energetic, emotional, and spiritual bodies to be exercised and stretched at the same time too.
Not only does a more profound transformation unfold from inside out, this positivity ripples out into our relationships and greater activates greater success in all areas of our life.
Hence, my ah-ha from my friend’s share with me today shows that when MORE than just the physical body is being spoken to, activated, encouraged to move and stretch, the experience of fitness becomes exponentially more pleasurable, enjoyable, and pulsates with creative life force and potential.
