All you need is vegan butter, gf all purpose flour, boxed organic butternut squash soup, nutritional yeast, extra virgin olive oil, sea salt, and black pepper.
Make a roux with vegan butter and bobs red mill gluten free all purpose flour, then add boxed organic butternut squash soup and stir, then add nutritional yeast, extra virgin olive oil, black pepper, and sea salt. I don't have the exact measurements bc I did everything according to taste but estimated measurements are 1 and 1/2 tablespoons of vegan butter, 1 tablespoon of flour, 1/2 cup of butternut squash soup, 2-3 tablespoons of nutritional yeast, 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil, 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper, 1 teaspoon of sea salt.
