So... all week I had in my head that I was going to weigh today as I was having a Chinese and wine tonight whilst the xfactor is on and was going to have it as my cheat night
.
This is still happening but the problem is that I haven't actually stuck to plan the rest of the days apart from Monday  all my meals have been on plan but it's the snacks in the evenings and the couple of McDonald's that I've had 
.
I think i have a serious food problem and physically can't stick to plan and my weight is slowly starting to creep up which is quite depressing
.
I'm not going to reveal what my weight was today but I'm going to try my very best to stick to plan this week and get abit of it off! I feel really bloated and horrible so I'm hoping abit of it will go as the bloat goes down and then next week either Friday or Saturday (depending on plans) I'll weigh again
.
I'm going to be on plan today and then have my Chinese etc tonight and get back on plan tomorrow. I might even make good choices with my Chinese, I'm not sure yet. How many syns is chicken in black bean? Or any other suggestions would be good!

I served half using HEA & HEB 
Ingredients to serve two
2 Weight-watchers Wraps (white, low fat, high fibre) 1 = HEB or 5.5 syns 
1 lime
Frylight
Cooked chicken of choice - I used Piri-piri with a squeeze of lime
I red onion sliced in half moons
Some sliced mushrooms and peppers
HEA cheese of choice grated
Tomato passata or salsa (passata free salsa 0.5 syns per tbsp)
Method 
1. Preheat your oven to 200°/180°Fan/Gas 5
2. Spritz your baking tray with frylight
3. Shred your cooked chicken and mix with a squeeze of lime
4. Put one wrap on the baking tray and top with tomato or salsa, leave a clear edge.
5. Layer on chicken and veggies
6. Top with grated cheese (keeping a little to garnish
7. Cut out scary features on the top wrap, dampen with a sprinkle of water and place on as a lid. Gently push down around the edges, it doesn't need to seal completely like a pie though.
8. I added red peppers to the cut out sections to accentuate the facial features.
9. Bake for around 10 minutes.
10. Add some cheese 'hair' and bake for another 5-10 minutes until crisp.
11. Optional garnish of olive spiders!   
I did some other spooktacular bits: I made soup with a fromage frais spiders web - Cut meat in to scary shapes and added features out of peppers/tomatoes or olives - I mixed some light pesto (1.5 syns per level tbsp) to mashed potato to make a scary mash which I made it in to bat shapes for baked bats!  - I cut carrots in to pumpkins and  peppers in to witches hats - Made a monster slime - (pea, spinach & mint puree) with witches fingers poking out (baby sweetcorn with red pepper nails)! I made olive spiders and lastly I baked a sweet potato and turned it in to a monster by cutting out a scary mouth and adding veg features. #foodporn #foodblogger #foodblog #halloween #halloweenfood 1630363632536981146_3318760458
