I remember how dedicated I was when it came achieving my goals of achieving my best physique possible. In just 3 months, I lost 35+ pounds.
So many people DM/email me asking how I did it, and how they can achieve the same results. It takes consistently, dedication, and no bullshit. Everybody finds an excuse to why they can't lose weight, or to why they can't find time. I did all of that while being a full time college student, prepping and taking exams, my grandmother passed away, I worked 55+ hours a week on my feet, I was tired, I was eating cold food at work, I didn't want to do cardio, but I didn't have a single excuse. I look back now and wouldn't have wanted it any other way.
I'm not saying you have to do what I did, but just realize that every excuse is just a barrier between you and your goals. Ambition is priceless, it's something that's in your veins.
