View noodleshealthand_fitness's Instagram A quick meal last night after getting in from slimming world class and so hungry was a quick chicken stirfry made with tsp lazy chilli, tsp lazy garlic, tsp lazy ginger, 2 chicken breasts, pepper stirfry pack from Aldi, dark soy sauce, juice of a lime and cashews (7 syns for 25g - this was 2 portions so 3.5syns per portion) all cooked in frylight with some added noodles. Takes about 10 mins to make.
You’ll need:
-grass fed ground beef (seasoned and cooked, I put my big girl pants on and used ground venison from @naturalgrocers to switch up my protein sources... you can’t even tell the difference)
-miracle noodles (can get on Amazon or health conscious grocery stores- they have zero calories and you don’t have to cook them, just throw them right in)
-jar of spaghetti sauce -Parmesan to top if desired 
That’s it... chock full of protein and low calorie. You can throw in all the veggies you want (I added chanterelle mushrooms) or sub the noodles for zucchini noodles. So fast  and easy!
