No porridge, but instead i' having some coconut yogurt and on top a green nicecream #spinateis  The nicecream is with banana and the green of radishes So so yummy. It was harder than it looks to place the figs on the side of the glass, and pouring the yogurth in at the same time now I need to get going and go to work. Have a lovely day

Bei mir gibt es heute kein porridge zum Frühstück, sondern Kokosnussyogurth mit Nicecream on top. Ich habe das Grün von Radieschen verwendet und es schmeckt genauso wie Spinat. Jetzt muss ich mich langsam fertig machen für die Arbeit. Habt einen wunderschönen Tag  1608521242175285849_509985241

Sprinkling any nuts, seeds or berries over your yogurt, cereals, toast, porridge, salads or even creating a trail mix of them for snacking is the perfect way to increase the nutrient density of your meal.  Here are some that I try to include in my meals and some of these macro and micro nutrients:
Almonds✔️ contain high amounts of good fats, protein, vitamin E to protect your cells. 
Pumpkin seeds✔️contain high amounts of omega 3 to support good heart, brain and immune health, zinc for immune support and magnesium for heart health 
Sunflower seeds✔️contain high amounts of vitamin E, B1 for cardiovascular and nerve function and copper for growth and immunity. 
Goji berries ✔️ contain high amounts of antioxidants to prevent the oxidation of other molecules in the body. This protects your cells against free radicals to prevent cell damage. Protecting you against infection, disease and cancer. 
Buckwheat✔️ contains high amounts of fibre for efficient digestion and manganese to support bone health.
Chia seeds✔️ contains high amounts of fibre, protein, omega 3 and calcium for bone health.

Got those lettuce from their salad bar and steamed veggies from their take out area. Also saba! Gahd these bananas are like freakin' candy. O.O Loooove eating them raw, and my officemates think i'm weird for doing so. Just gonna leave them here to ripen a little more, and as an office snack. Then Kombucha for a happy gut, happy life.

Tell me- What keeps you vibrant??

People always ask me how I have so much energy. Now I'm pretty energetic by nature, but here are some things i think assist me in keeping my energy clear. ✌‍♀️
.
.
1) I don't drink alcohol  .
2)I don't eat meat . .
3) I speak my truth, always. 
.
(Anyone that knows me knows if I have something on my mind and i don't express it, I will shut down, become anxious and 'catastrophise' speaking my truth is  by FAR my biggest 'energy cleanser')
.
4) I am very conscious of my own mortality.  Sitting with this  really puts things into perspective!!
.
5) I respect my body!I nourish it with movement, plantbased food, nature, rest and meditation ☯️
.
6) I act like a small child. 
I dance, I sing, I perform, I imagine, i find wonderment in the little things and I continue to love like I've never been hurt 
.
7) I LOOK FOR THE LAUGHS!  - The thing is, life is hard, lord knows mine's been a Fucking battlefield, but if you look for the laughs, if you look for the silly moments of joy that are all around us... it all just gets a little easier. ✌
.
