Day 8 of the #instagramworthychallenge; If you had to teach something, what would you teach?
Trust. The. Process. It’s okay to be where you are. Those #traumasthat happened to you that caused you to build up walls so you can hide; The #patternsyou have created to cover and #protectyourself and your identity-you don’t have to live that way. Notice how you’re merging Self/identifying with those patterns-you are actually hiding the essence of your true Self. Deep #breaths:
Be OK with where you are: It’s okay to want to be obsessive, and repeat the patterns, and flop addictions-be okay with where you are-but know that there is MORE to this. More to this life. More to this fear. All this work you’re doing to maintain an identity and spend time with toxic people and marinate in #toxicRelationships-that is #energy. If you’re doing all this already and living in a low vibration, you have the insane ability and the right to transform this trauma. Start with the body as a base of transformation. I know it can be foreign to love and connect with yourself in such a way. #lovingyour body is a big step. I’m saying just be open to it. You can change. Guilt, shame, and burdens don’t have to plague you. ——
Do you ever feel #tensionin your shoulders like you’ve been carrying bricks around but haven’t done any physical labour? That’s tension. That’s stress. That’s trauma. That’s potential energy. We can release that, together, step by step, I can help you move that energy thought by thought, movement by movement, breath my breath, and start to pave a path of the life you want to live.
