When I went to HG Sply for lunch on this particular day, I wanted to eat healthy, but still wanted to taste something unhealthy. I found the perfect balance in the house chopped salad. Kale with pork belly? Yes please! Plus the citrus from the lemon - dill ranch dressing really balanced the salty savory from the pork belly and the bitterness of the kale. Plus you get every texture you could want in this salad, from the crunch of the crispy pork belly and kale to the mush of cheese and hard boiled egg yolk. This is definitely in my top 10 salads!
