When I think about how the business is changing my families future I get so overwhelmed with thankfulness. You guys, residual income means that when our new baby comes I can take time off from work and our business still prospers. Did you know that our Young Living income is willable to our children! This is a big deal. Everything that we are working for right now will bless future generations of our family. 
I think that when it comes to the business side I feel so thankful because of the community that surrounds us. We rise by lifting others. 
There is no greater joy for me than to see my team bring in their first paycheck from helping families live healthier lifestyles. I feel so blessed to have this opportunity and I want freedom for my friends and family as well. Day 4
Today we work on holding a proper shape is essential to not holding falling when in handstand. Two things to keep in mind a Hollowbody shape not a banana back and proper stacking . I truly believe to get to your goal you need to know where your destination is. That's why before jumping into handstand developing a solid foundation is necessary. Sooo let's work on that shape and start getting inverted.
- hollowbody pulses 15 times that would be great -repetitions of L shapes against the wall . This method of getting up into handstand against the wall has worked for me, helping me overcome fear and build strength overtime. It helps me focus on engaging my core a lot more. try holding 5 breaths for each part. -Then slowly, walk your hands closer to the wall as you walk your feet up the wall, until your stomach is touching the wall and you are in a handstand position. Keep your head neutral . Hold this for as long as you can or (15 sec)before coming down.This exercise is great because it helps to teach the proper handstand position by using the wall to get the body as straight as possible.
