Not “easy” but it shouldn’t have felt as difficult as it did. I chalk this up to having gone out drinking last night with some friends & still battling a minor cold from Thursday. Most people think of poor recovery in terms of being overly sore or an inability to lift heavier than last time, but here my CNS took the hit. My ability to set up, stay stable, and how it “felt” was hampered.

Everything from the set up, to the weight, to the bar path felt off. My stability felt nonexistent & it shows in my unrack.
