One progress is always great to see and having things to look back on make that easier, as we all tend to forget the work put in to see the results. Second bulking for me is difficult, I struggle with the thought of not being lean or living up to whatever physical ideal I have for my body, seeing my abs slowly disappear while enjoying the additional size in my chest and arms is a total mind eff. So I will take this moment now to apologize for the next few months of posts and will blame no one for unfollowing now. There will be lots of shirtless pics, exercises (some with good form others not so much) and pics of meals to keep myself on track but what I can promise is there will be results. In order to build core strength and grow your abs, you don't need an ridiculous amount of crunch an situp variations. Base your training on the big compound lifts and add plank variations as an assistance for more workload on your core. Planks are safe for your spine if executed properly and your squat, deadlift and benchpress will also benefit from the isometric contraction during the plank. This is due to the similar neurological pattern of core usage in the plank and in the big compound lifts.
- Above I did weighted planks with +60 Kg for 4×25 sec.

Clean up the food, enjoy what I want while fitting it into my macros and getting back to feeling good!! Start not only the day off on the right foot but your whole week by being prepared. I have my meals written down, plugged into my fitness pal app and all my groceries purchased! Zero excuses to getting back on track and making those gainz
