Rejection hurts. As humans, we want to be desired. To some extent, we all crave an unconditional and mutual love to cherish. It’s our personal responsibility to prepare ourselves for the kind of love we wish to receive and to know when is the right time to pursue it & when is the right time to lay it down. If there is only one person that you will choose to commit to when the time comes, imagine all the ones you will have to let go of. Give yourself the time to prepare for the man or woman you long for and know that they are preparing for you too. Every time I’ve felt rejection, it was truly a blessing in disguise. Rejection is simply a freedom for new opportunities. Trust the process.
