I made cheese today!! Using our new Cheese Maker, seasoned with Herb & Garlic Dip Mix. Then crumbled it on my salad at dinner!
Breakfast: Scrambled Eggs/Omelette - served with a veggie/potato hash, peppers, onions, mushrooms, 3 Onion Dip Mix, CCB Dip Mix, and Sriracha Seasoning
Lunch: we were at a baby gender reveal party, and it was a table of snacks! Tried to load up on veggie sticks, but also gave in and had some pastries stuffed with goat cheese, pesto, and sun-dried tomatoes
Dinner: Spanikopita - from the freezer and popped in the oven for 20 minutes. Dillicious Tzatziki on the side for dipping. Made a colourful Greek salad of tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, bell peppers, Balsamic Vinaigrette, and topped with freshly made cheese!
