View strawberry_deathjelly's Instagram I was seriously faltering today. Woke up D Y I N G for a buttery ass French croissant. Went back to sleep for a few, even though I was starving. Woke up, ate some leftover potatoes, and after my hunger was tamed, I made a nice regular breakfast. I continued to feel unsatisfied. I've been doing this for four weeks! My brain is such a jerk! Still dreaming of croissants!

Got some work done- distracting brain from hunger, work work work. A few hours went by, many temptations in between (partner went off .) Then I had a brief text conversation with a friend about our experiences with whole 30. It felt really motivating! So I ran to the kitchen, danced around w my cat, prepped some other snacks while I made this insane salad (every emergency snack/leftover). Added some dill, cucumber, red pepper and hard boiled eggs.... and suddenly I'm back in! 1650304608764784434_6423510341

•you don't have to force yourself to eat things you don't like-my meals can be so random but I eat what I fancy, trust me it works!!
•Sip water with your meals-yeh you've heard it before but you could be thirsty!
Saving the best till last... •Ask yourself, do you need that or do you want it? Worked for me as yes I have been a chronic binge eater!
•be patient lasting results don't come overnight, trust me we all wish they did, keep with it you won't regret it I promise!

Pan fry 4 king prawns with a soup spoon of olive oil and 25gr of butter, add 3 garlic clove and a red pepper cut into big chunk  add 50ml of double cream then 30gr of shaved Parmesan.

Take off the prawn from the mixture.
Get all the mixture into a blender and blend it until smooth.

In a sauce pan boil 100gr of fresh pasta for  5 minutes. 
Drain the water  but keep the pasta in the saucepan  then add the smooth liquid mixture.

Peel and chop your 3 prawns, spring onion and parsley and add them to the pasta. 
Finally add salt and pepper and topped with Parmesan and chopped parsley for extra flavour - ready to serve !
