Ingredients - 
1 cup maida
1/2teaspoon baking powder 
Half cup oil 
Half cup sugar 
One egg 
Milk as per requirement 
Vanilla essence 
Method: 
Beat egg till fluffy.  Add sugar.  Mix well,then add oil and mix. 
After, sieve together maida and baking powder and mix well in the egg mixture till it forms smooth batter. Add milk and vanilla essence as per requirement. 
Grease cake pan with oil and line it with butter paper. Put the batter into the cake pan and put it into a pressure cooker.  Remove the whistle and close the lid.  Cook it for about 15 mins.

View natalieholbrookwellness's Instagram FLOURLESS GF BLACK BEAN BROWNIES! Okay I know I was going to post my sweet potato fries recipe but decided Thanksgiving desserts are better at night  So don’t forget to pick up some black beans if you’re shopping for the holiday tonight! 
Recipe:
1 cup black beans
3 eggs
4 tbsp evoo or coconut oil (you know I also added a little #brainoctaneoil)
1/2 cup cacao powder
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp baking powder 
3/4 cup brown or coconut sugar 
Pinch of sea salt 
Optional: throw in a few tbsp of #collagen because, collagen everything 
Mix in batter or top after with pomegranate seeds, dark chocolate chips and nuts of your choice

Blend ingredients (minus toppings) in blender or food processor. Grease pan and pour in, mix in toppings and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Try not to devour the whole pan! Pair with nice cream for an extra good time ☺️ Enjoy beauties! *

View cooknjoy's Instagram JÁHELNÍK nebo "VELMI LÍNÉ JÁHLE" dělám tímto způsobem už alespoň pět let a pořád nás ještě neomrzel! Je ideální k snídani, ale nestydíme se dát si ho i na večeři, když je chuť. Hlavně je to dobrá nouzovka, pokud nemáte náladu ani čas ani nakoupeno na pečení, ale nechcete být ráno o dvou kůrkách. Stačí naházet do pekáčku během pěti minut suroviny a šup s tím na hoďku do trouby. Výsledek překoná několikrát očekávání  A to já nejsem zrovna žádný milovník sladkých jídel typu nákyp. 
Jinak recept jsem našla kdysi dávno na votočvohoz (dnes již @vinted.cz ) právě s výstižným názvem "velmi líné jáhle", který mu už zůstal

Ingredience:
1 hrnky jáhel (proprané v sítku a 2x přelité vroucí vodou pro zbavení případné hořkosti)
3 hrnky studené vody
1 hrnek mléka nebo rostlinné alternativy
2 lžíce medu (podle chuti lze dosladit rovnou ještě třeba lžící panely nebo dosladíme až hotový jáhelník - ráda polévám javorovým sirupem)
1 panák olivového oleje
1 lžička skořice
pár kapek vanilkové esence
2 nastrouhaná jablka
hrst pokrájených sušených meruňek (nebo sušené ovoce dle libosti a chuti, já dávám třeba i brusinky)
hrst ořechů je-li libo (vlašáky, lískáče)

Troubu si předehřejeme na 180°C, hluboký pekáček nebo formu vymažeme máslem nebo olejem. Všechny ingredience kromě jablek smícháme v pekáčku a navrch rovnoměrně poklademe strouhaná jablka, resp. je v tom vzniklém rybníčku trochu utopíme. Pak už jen dáme do trouby péct a po 40 minutách zkontrolujeme. Jáhelník je hotový, když u stěn formy nebublá tekutina, všechna se vyvaří a jáhly jsou krásně mekké. Odhadem totrvá 45-55 minut.

Rezept ↙️
▶️Rindfleisch scharf anbraten und zur Seite stellen
▶️Brokkoli, roter Paprika, Chinakohl, in der selben Pfanne anbraten
▶Gewürze dazu (Koriander, Zitronengras, Pfeffer, Chili, Ingwer, Kardamom)
️▶️Reisnudeln kurz aufkochen und Rindfleisch zum Gemüse geben - fertig
