My boy @michaelcarvalho been putting in work over the last few years and I️ speak for myself when I️ say there’s nothing more satisfying then seeing changes in your body •Through the ups and downs we been steady grinding. Been at it for a while but I’m finally starting to figure it all out. •Growing up I️ was always a picky eater, but you can’t be a bodybuilder if you don’t eat. You can put in all the work you want in the gym but if you you won’t grow if you don’t eat. •I️ plan on bringing up my physique big time the coming year. As far as my legs, they’re super hard for me to bring up being that they’re long AF but I️ will be putting tons of money work to make them grow too!

View clarebarkspt's Instagram Weight is steadily on the up, calories are high.. typically hitting around 4000 on training days & strength is noticeably improving. Obviously we'll keep monitoring performance & composition though & adjust as needed. The aim is to always push calories up as much as possible during an off season to ensure a smoother transition into prep & potential for increased strength, along with a markedly reduced output.. so more rest. Starting a prep on already low calories & high training frequency is never an optimal place to be in terms of muscle retention & physical state.. & on that note, I'm going to be using allll the food to push me through a leg day today  •••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••
