 If you haven't tried smoothies for breakfast, I would really recommend it! 
It's so easy to make, it's delicious to drink and it's one of the best possible ways to start the day!
I always use fruits and vegetables I already have my kitchen and combine it with seasonal tastings and flavours! Here is inspiration for more simple smoothies:
• 2 frozen bananas
• 2 sp frozen raspberries
• half seasonal apple
• 1 dl of almond milk
• small squeezes of lemon
• small piece of ginger
• small sp of

During our Environmental series, we discussed the sensitized emotional barrier that can be a factor when dealing with the elements of an environmentally affected person. And today we would like to discuss the emotional tendencies with those hormonally affected. Meaning, any and all of us. We all have hormones running through us and with this new age of a go go go mentality it can be hard to keep them balanced. So regardless of our best intentions of wanting to lead a harmonious life, our hormones imbalances could lead to a lot of emotional turmoil that can truly make us feel crazy. Trufas veganas!! (Ingredientes caros, mas Ferrero Rocher é caro também, então acredito que seja equivalente o custo total)
⚫
Ingredientes:
80 g avelãs tostadas
120g tâmaras desidratadas
60g de farinha de aveia
40g de avelãs
1 colheres de sopa de pasta de amendoim 
2 colheres de sopa de cacau em pó
2 colheres de sopa de leite de amêndoas
Pitada de sal
⚫
Cobertura:
100 g chocolate 80%
1 colher de sopa de óleo de coco
Farinha de avelãs trituradas
⚫
Preparo:
1. Deixe as tâmaras de molho em água quente por 15 minutos. Descarte a água.
2. Misture tudo no processador ou liquidificador, menos as 80g de avelãs tostadas.
3. Divida em 15 pedaços iguais e recheie cada um com uma avelã tostada.
4. Modele em bolinhas e deixe no freezer por 30 minutos.
5. Derreta o chocolate, misture o óleo de coco e as avelãs trituradas.
6. Banhe as trufas e deixe descansar por 1 hora.

Chia pudding with fruits makes one of my most favorite breakfasts or snacks ever  Perfect for those busy days when you're running around and don't have time to prepare something healthy, as you can make it ahead of time  
Simply mix 1/4 cup of chia seeds with 1 cup #plantbased milk or yogurt of choice, stir a few times and let it sit 10-15 mins or overnight in the fridge until it thickens. Add vanilla, cinnamon or sweetener of choice like raw honey or pure maple syrup for a sweet delicious pudding
I divided the chia pudding in half, mixed one batch with spirulina and the other with acai powder for their powerful phytonutrients and the pretty colors of course  Topped with fresh figs, hemp hearts and mint and garnished with candycane beets for an energizing breakfast full of protein, fiber, and healthy fats  Happy Thursday

• chickpeas (2 cans or about 250 g dried chickpeas before cooking.)
• 2 small beetroots (boiled)
• 5 sp water from chickpeas
• 2 sp. lemon juice
• 2 tsp. dried cumin
• 2 sp tahini
• 2 cloves of garlic pressed
• half onion
• 3 tablespoons. chickpeas flour (or wheat flour)
• Taste w salt & pepper
~ put all ingredients an a mixer and blend until you have a smooth (but still a little rough texture). add dried coriander or fresh parsley if you want it more tasty. use maybe a small tsp of oil and sesam on top and serve with salads or bread. ✨
